Baked Potato Soup

Please leave a comment for Baked Potato Soup... did it feed six? Did you like it? Did you love it?

6 Cups Water
2 Cups Shirley J Cream Base
2 Baked Potatoes
1 lb. Bacon (cooked) and then crumbled
1 Onion (diced)
Pepper to taste

Add Shirley J to Water wisk until smooth. Add potatoes, bacon, onion and pepper. Stir constantly until desired thickness.

Okay, we ate this last night... it was so good. We might have been little piglets, but we ate the whole thing pretty quickly. I might even double the recipe next time when I make it again (which I'm gonna). The only thing is, what is Shirly J Cream Base?? Is it a rue (or however you spell that)? Where have I been that I don't know what that is?

It is a old product that is now available to the public. Just talk to Tammy, she is now selling it for her brother. Yes, it is a rue.
