Tuna Casserole

8 oz. tri color rotini
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2/3 C. milk
1/2 C. mayonnaise
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 C. diced string cheese
7 oz. tuna drained and flaked

Cook rotini according to package and drain. Mix soup, milk, mayonnaise and mustard. Stir in rotini and cheese and gently fold in tuna. Turn into a 1 1/2 qt. casserole dish that has been sprayed with cooking oil. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

We ate several helpings of this meal tonight! My kids loved it, and I did too. Score for the colored pasta!!

Colored pasta was a hit!

We generally don't like tuna casserole but this recipe changed our taste buds...it was great! I especially liked the chuncks of cheese.
