Chicken Tetrazzini

8 oz. spaghetti, broken in pieces
5 Tbsp. butter or margarine
6 Tbsp. flour
3 C. chicken broth
1 C. light cream
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 small can mushrooms, undrained
5 Tbsp. minced green peppers
3 C. cooked chicken, cubed
1/2 C. shredded parmesan cheese
1 C. shredded cheddar cheese

Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Melt butter and blend in flour. Stir broth into mixture and add cream. Cook until mixture thickens and bubbles, stirring constantly. Add. salt, pepper, drained spaghetti, mushrooms, green peppers, and cooked chicken. Place in a 9x13 pan and sprinkle with parmesan and cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes until bubbly and lightly browned.

My family loved this recipe. but can you tell me what the "light cream is"? Is that light sour cream or the milky cream you use for whipping cream?
