Biscuits and Gravy - Tammy

Biscuits:

2 cups Shirley J (Dunford) biscuit mix
2/3 cup of water

Mix and cook at 425 degrees for 10 minutes. Makes one dozen.

Gravy:

2 Cups Shirley J Cream Base
3 Cups Water
2 ounces of Sausage

Whisk cream base and water together until boiling. Stir constantly until thick and add sausage.
